milk - calcium under 50 PPM. Lots of "tail up" &
pacing behavior. |

Udder continues to fill. Milks easily & lots, but is still
clear/slightly cloudy. Behavior still odd. |

Calcium still under 50 PPM. Belly is changing shape. Djinn is
VERY slowed down. Udder fuller. |

Calcium under 50 PPM. Udder fuller. Milk is cloudier, but
still yellow/clear. Djinn has no energy. |

Calcium under 50 PPM. Udder fuller, no change to the
color/consistency. Djinn has edema on her belly now. |

Calcium under 50 PPM. Djinn flirted with the stallion all
day. Standing "parked out", arching back up. |

Foal has changed position, belly is much less ponderous
now. Milk is cloudier, changing but calcium still under 50 PPM. Behavior is still odd - flirting
with the stallion. |

Calcium coming up - at about 50 PPM. Behavior is still odd - very
quiet, almost "still". Udder fuller, milk still yellowish,
flows very easily & lots of it. Not white yet. |
25 - Day 326
Calcium slightly higher about 55 PPM. Had a very restless night
last night. Lots of tail -up and acts like she's feeling
pressure. Milk still yellowish, quite cloudy.

Calcium steady at 55 PPM. Udder quite full, teats have milk in them,
starting to look shiny. Milk is still yellowish, quite cloudy but not
white. Tail head quite soft, dropping off. |

- Day 328
10 PM update: calcium at 175 PPM. Udder full, warm, teats full. Milk
becoming
white. Thicker. Acting like she's in early labor, may stop and
start for a while before she foals. |
28 - Day 329
Calcium is at 500, foaling is likely to be tonight. Milk plentiful,
opaque, thick. Tail head is soft/dropped off. She's been restless
all day - flirting with the stallion and burying her manure (Why??)
9 PM It's a filly! Big, black or dark bay with a darling snip on her nose.
